When Tammy and I bought my mother’s childhood home, we had no idea the amount of work that be required to restore it’s character and beauty. The home was built in 1946 and my grandparents owned it for 30 years. Over the last 15 years, it had been terribly neglected and required a massive amount of work to make it livable. We were excited to work with Pinehurst Builders because we had seen other homes they had completed in our area and it was clear they had a style that matched ours. We trusted their input and guidance through our remodel. We also appreciated the care their crew put in to every detail, as if this home was theirs. I bought a new construction home from Kevin Horan in 2019. I can honestly say it was one of the most well-constructed homes I've ever seen. Everything was solid and tight. You can tell there was a sense of pride in every aspect of the build from laying the foundation, to the interior, to the exterior, to the rooftiles. My family and I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Kevin took the time to listen to our concerns and to make sure our needs and desires were met.
